Lower level is double track main with 10 spurs. Full staging yard separate from layout room with 5 staging tracks.

A table-top two-level folded dogbone layout. Single track mainline with two long passing sidings. Freight yard with team track and town on the lower level; industrial area on the smaller top level. The scenery on lower level complete; upper level in process. A few scratch-built structures from my first foray into HO many years ago, and a few kit structures. Town is all pre-built Woodland Scenics and Walthers.
Depicts the junction between the Chicago Kentucky Railroad and the Missouri, Indiana & Ontario. Two principal tables with two connecting tables and two tables for upper levels. One area represents Paris Illinois, whose central business district was encircled by railroads. The remaining areas are industrial and yards. Layout is Bachmann EZ track, which allows for its alteration each year. The layout will never be the same at any two visits.
Mainline is a 200’ figure eight covering about 35’ x 55’ area. Long passing siding. Secondary line about 50’ around pond within one loop of the figure eight, with crossovers to mainline. Spur into our house to a 5-track staging area. One single-track and one double-track Eaglewings steel bridge over the creek leading into the pond. Two 10‘ steel truss bridges and three 3’ steel beam bridges on elevated portion of mainline. USA Trains F3A/B diesel, NW2 diesel switcher, and J1e Hudson. Aristocraft Budd RDC car. Most rolling stock from roads in my home state of Pennsylvania: Pennsy, Lehigh Valley, Reading, Jersey Central, DL&W.
