The SPR is a freelanced operation based layout during the transition years located in the Connellsville PA area that is a 50/50 joint ownership between PRR and B&O. Freight and passenger operations. Recent additions still under construction are an integrated steel mill and a logging line. The 4 Staging yards are computer controlled.  Lots of industrial areas for switching and mainlines for through trains and passenger traffic.
